Resumo
288 pollos de carne fueron utilizados para avaliar el efecto de la incorporación de galactomananos (azúcares) presente en la goma de garrofin (Ceratonia siliqua), frente a la contaminación por Salmonella. Los tratamientos fueron: (T1) Dieta con animales con salmonella; (T2) Dieta con 2,5% goma de garrofin ; (T3) Dieta con 10%goma de garrofin; (T4) Dieta con 10% goma de garrofin+enzima •-mananasa; (T5) Dieta con 2,5% de D®-manosa; (T6) Dieta con animales testigo libres de salmonella. Los valores encontrados demostró que el nivel de incorporación del 10% de goma de garrofin redujo significativamente (P<0,0001) style="font-weight: bold;">Palabras clave: Pollos, Goma de Garrofin, Salmonella, Enzima.
Abstract
288 broiler chickens were used in order to assess the effect of the addition of Galactomannans (sugars) found in the Garrofin gum (Ceratonia siliqua) due to the contamination by Salmonella. The treatments were as follows: (T1) animal diet with Salmonella; (T2) diet with 2.5% Garrofin gum; (T3) diet with 10% Garrofin gum; (T4) diet with 10% Garrofin gum + enzyme b-mananasa; (T5)diet with 2.5% D®-mannose; (T6) diet with animals free of Salmonella. The figures found showed that the level of 10% of addition of Garrofin gum reduced (P<0,0001) style="font-weight: bold;">Key words: Broiler Chicken, Carob Gum, Salmonella, Enzyme.
